1. Commitment to Privacy & Data Ethics

Stanley Simon and the Libertas ecosystem ("we", "us", or "our") operate under the strict ethical premise that digital systems must serve and protect the individual. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP India), and relevant UAE data frameworks, we ensure total transparency regarding how your data is handled.

2. Data We Collect

  • Direct Submissions: Information provided voluntarily through our Keynote Booking, Preaching Invitation, Corporate Collaboration, Contact Form, and Newsletter forms (e.g., full name, official email address, phone number, organization, and message details).
  • Bookstore Transactions: Billing contact information required to deliver author-signed publications. All payment card details are encrypted directly via international PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways (Stripe/PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.
  • Reader Comments & Community: Name and email addresses submitted when interacting with daily devotionals and theological articles, subject to anti-spam screening.

3. Use of Personal Information

Your data is utilized exclusively to:

  • Respond to speaking invitations, pastoral requests, and corporate inquiries within our 48-72 hour response window.
  • Deliver requested downloadable resources (such as the Blockchain Basics Primer or Luke 15 Study Guide).
  • Transmit the weekly Sunday Musings devotional newsletter (with instant 1-click unsubscribe mechanisms).

4. International Data Transfers

Because our operational footprint extends across Kochi (India), Dubai (UAE), and Tallinn (Estonia), data processing adheres to high-security encryption (TLS 1.3) and strict ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security standards. We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information to third parties.

5. Your Legal Rights (GDPR)

You retain the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data at any time. For privacy inquiries, please contact our Data Governance Officer at privacy@stanleysimon.org.
